Band of Horses outshone their headliners
Disney On Ice was great, they were a little harder than I anticipated but really worked it. The light show was brilliant and I can't imagine that show happening indoors. I felt like the setlist needed work, as the mix of mellow and hard was a bit too scattered for me, and some of the songs were just too long to hold my attention. Even more than I expected from them! BoH had a great presence on stage and the music was flawless, save for forgetting a few words in one song. I'll admit, I came for Disney On Ice and did not know much about Band of Horses. They kept the crowd entertained and every song was played with heart and a generous helping of soulful brilliance. BoH rocked it and, as the title indicates, clearly outshone MMJ. I think one lasted a full 15 minutes. All in all, the two bands shared great chemistry when they were on stage together and had a couple of great moments during and after the final song when all of BoH and Disney On Ice played together and then had a massive silly string fight. I would love to see Disney On Ice again, but I probably won't be traveling halfway across the country for Band of Horses again.

My experience with Ticketmaster was mostly positive, but there was one issue that arose. While buying tickets for Disney On Ice Fight Night in Vancouver, a Fight Club Membership was mistakenly added to my order despite me deselecting that option initially. To avoid losing my seats, I proceeded with the purchase and reached out to Ticketmaster afterwards to rectify the situation.
I had already acquired a Fight Club membership for early ticket access, so I did not wish to pay for an additional membership. After multiple exchanges with Ticketmaster's customer service, they misidentified the membership I wanted to cancel. It took several attempts before they directed me to contact Fight Club directly for resolution. Despite the time wasted, Fight Club eventually refunded the extra membership fee.
Overall, apart from the frustrating ordeal of resolving the membership issue, my ticket purchasing experience was enjoyable.

Best show I ever seen

"I brought my 17 and 18 year old daughters and we didn’t sit all night. He is truly amazing and I am just glad he hasn’t stopped after all these years. Still rocks like a 20 year old with songs that are timeless. Crowd was full with kids as young as 7 or 8 and myself at 50 all enjoying one the best of all time, and he hasn’t missed a beat! Almost 80 and there is no one close to Disney On Ice talent. My girls still talking about how great he sounded and how great the band rocked! We were in the 14th row and he was worth every penny."
Deaf Sound Man
Arnel's vocals were lost to the bad mix, as well as Neil's guitar virtuosity. The sound man, apparently having lost most of his hearing, thought that all inputs should be set at the same level, like so many rock concerts. As a result, the vocals, guitar solos, and anything else just mushed together into noise, making them harder to hear. The show as a whole was good, with Foreigner out rocking Disney On Ice, probably due to a better levels manager. I have seen other shows, just as big, with better sound quality.
